I’m Sarah Anne Patton.

I am a licensed professional counselor. I was born and raised in the state of Georgia, and I currently live in the state of Wyoming. I am thrilled to be able to service clients in both of these states via virtual counseling.

My approach

I specialize in working with adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. I also work with concerns around codependency and self esteem. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician.

I use a variety of counseling theories which includes person-centered therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, and EMDR in order to be able to best serve each of my clients’ unique needs. I utilize an integrated counseling approach in order to tailor my approach to what serves each of my clients best.
